Self-management
You will develop methods for managing your time, tasks and energy more effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

How does coaching differ from mentoring?
Coaching is a process that helps you understand yourself better, organise your thoughts and find your own ways of doing things, to meet your needs and values. In life coaching and ADHD coaching, I don’t give you ready-made solutions. Through conversation and carefully chosen questions, I support you in developing effective strategies, achieving your goals and making the most of your own resources. I believe you have more answers within you than you might realise – my role as a life coach is to help you discover them.
Mentoring is a form of support based on sharing experience, knowledge and practical advice. As a mentor, I contribute my perspective and tried-and-tested solutions (e.g. in business, career development or process design), while leaving you with full decision-making authority. This allows you to benefit from my experience, find your own path more quickly and avoid some of the pitfalls that might lie in your path.

Business practice rather than theory
Forget about ready-made, rigid productivity templates that work for neurotypical people.I combine professional coaching skills with empathy and knowledge drawn from my own experiences of living with ADHD. I create a safe space where complete confidentiality, acceptance and finding solutions that suit your unique way of thinking are the top priorities.
I conduct sessions in Polish and English, either online or in person in Warsaw.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this mentoring programme intended solely for managers, or is it also open to those in technical roles?
The mentoring programme is aimed at both current leaders and managers, as well as experienced technical specialists (senior staff, architects, leads) who wish to develop their soft skills, management skills and communication skills in order to effectively build their standing within the organisation.
Do you help people prepare for specific, challenging situations in a corporate environment, such as a promotion interview or an annual appraisal?
Yes, working on real-life cases is the cornerstone of my mentoring programme. Together, we can analyse the feedback you’ve received, prepare a strategy for a pay rise or promotion discussion, or practise a presentation for senior management.
In which language are the sessions conducted, and is there an international focus?
I conduct sessions comfortably in both Polish and English. Having spent over 25 years working in international technology organisations, I have a thorough understanding of the specific nature of working in global teams and multicultural IT organisations.
