A SHARED PATH TOWARDS CHANGE
Dare to make a change
Returning to the job market and changing professions
Are you returning to work after a long break, planning a complete career change, or, as a student, looking for your first career path?
For over 25 years in the international IT sector, I have managed teams, assessed potential and recruited staff. I know exactly how the market works and what employers are looking for.
Together, we’ll identify your strengths, rebuild your confidence and prepare you to successfully embark on a new career chapter.
Areas where I most often help people make a fresh start:
Identifying talent and resources
We’ll identify your strengths and unique skills (including those acquired outside the workplace) to build your new plan around them.
Professional documents
We’ll create a modern, effective CV and professional profile that will make you stand out in recruitment processes and catch the attention of recruiters.
Self-presentation strategy
You’ll learn to speak confidently and persuasively about your experiences, your goals and the value you bring to the organisation.
Job interview
training
We’ll help you overcome your fear of the recruitment process through practical exercises and by preparing you for the toughest questions recruiters might ask.
A clear direction for development
We will turn your values, passions and goals into a concrete, realistic step-by-step strategy for a career change.

How does coaching differ from mentoring?
Coaching is a process that helps you understand yourself better, organise your thoughts and find your own ways of doing things, to meet your needs and values. In life coaching and ADHD coaching, I don’t give you ready-made solutions. Through conversation and carefully chosen questions, I support you in developing effective strategies, achieving your goals and making the most of your own resources. I believe you have more answers within you than you might realise – my role as a life coach is to help you discover them.
Mentoring is a form of support based on sharing experience, knowledge and practical advice. As a mentor, I contribute my perspective and tried-and-tested solutions (e.g. in business, career development or process design), while leaving you with full decision-making authority. This allows you to benefit from my experience, find your own path more quickly and avoid some of the pitfalls that might lie in your path.

Your experience is your asset
I don’t believe in formulaic career advice from the internet.
In my work, I combine a deeply coaching-based approach with the practical knowledge of a long-standing manager who has sat on the other side of the interview table.
Since 2017, as a mentor at the Mamo Pracuj Foundation (MotherEmpower programme), I’ve been supporting women in returning to work and changing their life path. With me, you’ll gain a full understanding, a safe environment in which to build your confidence, and practical, market-ready tools.
I conduct sessions in Polish and English, either online or in person in Warsaw.

Frequently Asked Questions
I haven’t worked for a few years. Can you help me hide this gap in my CV?
There’s no need to hide gaps in your CV – you should showcase them as an asset. Together, we’ll analyse your experiences (including those outside the workplace) and transform them into ‘transferable skills’ in a modern CV – skills that recruiters recognise as a major asset to a company.
I’m scared of job interviews and the stress paralyses me. How can we work on this?
The fear of recruitment disappears when you know what to expect. During the sessions, we run safe, practical mock interviews. I’ll teach you techniques for effective self-presentation and how to answer recruiters’ difficult, unconventional questions calmly and confidently.
Is this service suitable for students who are just looking for their first job?
Absolutely. I help young people identify their natural talents and strengths, set out a clear career path in line with their values, and create their first professional portfolio or LinkedIn profile.
