2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator

3. An important part of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates to the software components used.

1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator's server: lh.pl
2. For the purpose of ensuring technical reliability, the hosting provider keeps logs at server level. These may record:
   • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
   • the time the request was received,
   • the time the response was sent,
   • the client station name – identified via the HTTP protocol,
   • information on any errors occurring during the HTTP transaction,
   • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – where the user reached the Website via a link,
   • information about the user's browser,
   • information about the IP address,
   • diagnostic information relating to the process of self-service ordering of services via registration forms on the site,
   • information relating to the handling of electronic mail sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your rights and further information on how your data is used

1. In certain situations, the Controller is entitled to disclose your personal data to other recipients, where this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
   • the hosting provider, on the basis of a data processing agreement
   • authorised employees and associates who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the site's operation
   • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to carry out the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. those governing the keeping of accounts). In respect of marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
   • access to your personal data,
   • rectification of your personal data,
   • erasure of your personal data,
   • restriction of processing,
   • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3 c) where personal data is processed for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interests, including profiling, save that the right to object cannot be exercised where there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller's actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of the Controller's direct marketing activities.
8. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of the data protection regulations. This means that it is transferred outside the European Union.

5. Information provided in forms

1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, where such data is provided.
2. The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
3. In some cases, the Website may record information enabling data submitted via a form to be linked to the email address of the user completing it. In such cases, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
