IT Business Mentor & ADHD Coach
I help people regain clarity and turn it into action
More than 25 years’ experience in global multinational technology organisations. I help leaders, women in IT and neurodivergent people to build self-confidence, communicate their skills with confidence and manage their energy in the corporate world.
I’ve been a manager in global IT for many years, and I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 49. I don’t just explain the theory — I’ve been on both sides of the table.

I balance the harsh realities of corporate life with empathy and an understanding of neurodivergence
I have followed a challenging career path from specialist to managerial roles and on to the position of Solution Manager in the IT sector.
I understand perfectly what it’s like to prove your worth in a male-dominated environment and to establish yourself within large organisations.
Being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 49 has become my strength. Today, I help other neurodivergent people to overcome their fear of rejection, set boundaries and regain full agency in their professional lives.
Do you feel like you’re stuck in a rut or overwhelmed by chaos?
I most often support:

Leaders and specialists in IT
Those who wish to develop their leadership skills, overcome their fear of public speaking and establish a strong position within the organisation.

People seeking balance
Who want to look after their health, build lasting habits, regain their vitality and get their daily lives back on track.

The neurodivergent (ADHD)
Who were diagnosed as adults and want to regain control and bring order to the chaos.

People at a career crossroads
Those returning to the labour market after a long break or planning a career change.
