A SHARED PATH TOWARDS CHANGE
Regain control and find inner peace
ADHD coaching for adults
Do you feel like you process the world differently than your surroundings, and that daily attempts to fit into a rigid framework cause chaos and frustration? I felt that way for decades, until my ADHD diagnosis at the age of 49 changed everything.
I understand your challenges perfectly… from decision-making paralysis to fear of rejection. I can help you embrace your neurodivergency, organise your daily life, and begin to act in harmony with yourself, without guilt.
Areas where I most frequently support neurodivergent people:
Understanding your own pattern
I will take you through a process of psychoeducation, which will help you identify your thought patterns and stop fighting against your own brain.
Managing your time and energy
We’ll develop flexible, unconventional methods for organising your tasks that will help you overcome procrastination and chaos.
Working with emotions and beliefs
You’ll learn how to deal with your inner critic and get to know your own beliefs.
Take back control
You’ll break down your task paralysis into specific, small steps and draw up a clear plan of action that you can actually put into practice.
Set borders without guilt
You’ll learn how to confidently communicate your needs in your personal life and in the workplace.

How does coaching differ from mentoring?
Coaching is a process that helps you understand yourself better, organise your thoughts and find your own ways of doing things, to meet your needs and values. In life coaching and ADHD coaching, I don’t give you ready-made solutions. Through conversation and carefully chosen questions, I support you in developing effective strategies, achieving your goals and making the most of your own resources. I believe you have more answers within you than you might realise – my role as a life coach is to help you discover them.
Mentoring is a form of support based on sharing experience, knowledge and practical advice. As a mentor, I contribute my perspective and tried-and-tested solutions (e.g. in business, career development or process design), while leaving you with full decision-making authority. This allows you to benefit from my experience, find your own path more quickly and avoid some of the pitfalls that might lie in your path.

A judgment-free space for your mind
Forget about ready-made, rigid productivity templates that work for neurotypical people.
I combine professional coaching skills with empathy and knowledge drawn from my own experiences of living with ADHD. I create a safe space where complete confidentiality, acceptance and finding solutions that suit your unique way of thinking are the top priorities.
I conduct sessions in Polish and English, either online or in person in Warsaw.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have an official medical diagnosis to start ADHD coaching with you?
No, an official medical diagnosis is not required. If you feel you’re struggling with chaos, decision paralysis or procrastination, or if you suspect you might be neuroatypical, this safe space is open to you.
How does ADHD coaching differ from traditional methods of time management and productivity?
Traditional systems are designed for neurotypical people and often cause frustration and feelings of guilt in those with ADHD. We completely reject rigid templates. We look for unconventional, flexible methods that work with your unique brain, rather than against it.
How do we cope with the fear of judgement or rejection (RSD) during a session?
My approach is based on complete acceptance, empathy and zero judgement. I have been through this journey myself (diagnosed at the age of 49), which is why I am very familiar with the mechanism of Rejection-Sensitive Dysphoria. During our sessions, we learn to name these emotions, set boundaries and, step by step, rebuild a sense of agency.
